Why work here

We offer nimble and collaborative solutions for care that transcend health.

From our origins over fifty years ago through today, we’ve valued building real relationships with our patients, worked to understand and address the larger context affecting each person’s health, and responded to pressing community health needs to guide our growth.

Our organization is committed to making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels like a valued part of our community and gets the support they need to thrive, and that starts with our staff.  We offer a healthy work/life balance with family-friendly hours and a warm and supportive workplace culture.  We encourage and work with employees who are interested in furthering their education and building a career.

Our employees also enjoy our location in the beautiful White Mountains. The health center is surrounded by world-class hiking and skiing, gorgeous mountain views, abundant lakes and rivers for swimming and boating, and picturesque New England villages with covered bridges and fall foliage.

We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage people of any race, religion, national origin, physical ability, gender, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, or marital status to apply.

“I love the friendliness and openness of staff and patients alike. Every person who walks through this door is a person to us, and we care about their outcome. People know they can depend on us. I enjoy the people I work with, and what I do here and what we stand for.” – BethLynn Wilson, Medical Assistant
