Our name says it all.  The White Mountain Community Health Center is a local, private, not-for-profit organization providing health care for the residents of Carroll County.  Our focus is providing services to the uninsured and under insured.  The Center provides family planning, prenatal, and child health services, and pediatric dental services in addition to quality comprehensive health care for men, women, and children of all ages.  No one is refused care for financial reasons.  The Center provides a broad approach to health care and is committed to meeting the primary and preventative medical needs, as well as the social, emotional, and community needs of the individual family.

The mission of the White Mountain Community Health Center is to provide high quality primary health care, public health services and related support services in response to the health status needs of the community.

Our Staff
Our professional staff includes a Family Practice Physician, two Nurse Mid-Wives, RNs, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Nutritionist, Health Aides, Physician Assistant and Health Educator.  The staff is trained to care for men, women and children of all ages, and to coordinate care with other physicians and additional community resources as necessary.

Fees
Along with a sliding fee scale, Medicaid (Silver and Gold), Medicare and commercial insurance carriers are accepted as payment.  We provide prepayment options for employers who do not offer insurance coverage to their staff.
