Our primary care providers offer sexual and reproductive healthcare for all in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. You’ll begin with a conversation about your concerns and goals, and your provider will help you figure out the best plan to suit your individual situation. 

Teenagers and others can access confidential sexual and reproductive healthcare services through our primary care providers.  You don't have to be a primary care patient to access confidential services here.  When you call or stop in to register, let our front office staff know that you need your visit to be kept confidential.

Telehealth video or phone appointments are available for some services,
such as pregnancy options counseling and sexual health questions, especially when transportation is an issue. Call us to set up a telehealth appointment.

Accessing sexual and reproductive health

We work to make sure all our patients can access the care they need. Same-day appointments for established patients are often available and telehealth video or phone appointments are available by video or phone.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. Our sliding fee discount program can help both insured and uninsured patients pay for care. Private funds are available for specific healthcare needs.

Our Care Coordination Team helps patients navigate access to the care they need. They are available to help patients understand the cost of services, and help enroll them in confidential Family Planning Medicaid, Medicaid or Medicare, prescription assistance, and other programs to help pay for healthcare
