We will be holding walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinics here at the health center on Monday, October 24 and Wednesday, October 26 from 10 am to 2 pm. Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available for those 6 months and older, and bivalent boosters will be available for those 5 years and older. White Mountain Community Health Center is located at 298 White Mountain Highway (Route 16), just north of Conway Village.
