We are pleased to announce the appointment of Audrey Goudie as our new executive director.
Goudie brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, healthcare administration, and community engagement. With a background spanning philanthropy, integrated healthcare, public health initiatives, and organizational development, she has dedicated her career to strengthening access to essential services and improving wellbeing for underserved and rural communities.
Goudie previously served in senior leadership roles at Mid-State Health Center, where she supported strategic growth, enhanced patient access initiatives, and strengthened care coordination. Goudie expressed her gratitude and enthusiasm for the opportunity to lead the organization. “Stepping into this role is both an honor and a privilege,” she said. “Community health centers represent the very heart of equitable healthcare. I’m deeply committed to integrated, patient-centered care that reaches every individual, regardless of their ability to pay. I’m excited to partner with the exceptional team at the Health Center to advance access, strengthen services, and ensure every patient feels respected, supported, and truly seen.”
White Mountain Community Health Center offers comprehensive primary care to men, women and children, including dental care, behavioral health, sexual & reproductive health, substance use disorder treatment, dietitian counseling, and care coordination, regardless of ability to pay.
